Made to your artwork
Every hat is produced from your own artwork rather than from stock branding. That covers a club crest, a sponsor mark, a name, or a pattern running across the crown and brim. Chin straps and adjustable cords are made to the same order, so a club can choose the fit that suits its members.
Material and decoration
The base is 100% cotton, with polyester, cotton-poly and nylon available if you need a different hand-feel or a lower unit cost. Decoration is matched to the fabric: embroidery for small crests and badge detail, silk screen for flat logos in one or two colours, and digital print for full-colour artwork. Digital print on cotton starts at 500 pcs because the fabric is pre-treated before printing; screen print and embroidery have no minimum beyond the standard 200 pcs.
Colours
Colours are taken from our stock fabric range, which lets small and mid-sized runs be matched to a club or sponsor palette without a dyeing lead time. Custom dyeing is available as well: one dye lot is around 2,000 metres of fabric, which works out at roughly 10,000 single-sided bucket hats, so it suits season-long programmes rather than one-off orders.

Common questions
Which decoration method should we choose?
Embroidery for small crests and fine detail, silk screen for flat logos in one or two colours, and digital print when the artwork is full-colour. Send us the artwork and we will tell you which method holds the detail best on a bucket hat.
Can you match our exact club or sponsor colours?
Yes. We work to Pantone references and control colour at both the fabric and the print stage. For runs below the custom-dyeing minimum we match your colours through the print or embroidery instead.
Can we add a chin strap or an adjustable cord?
Yes, both. They can be made in a matching or contrasting colour, with a plastic or metal slider, and we can also add a woven label or a small embroidered mark on the strap.
Can the same hat carry a club crest and a sponsor logo?
Yes. A common layout is the crest on the front panel and the sponsor mark on the back or under the brim, so both stay readable without crowding the crest.
Do you also make reversible bucket hats?
Yes. A reversible build is available on the same construction, giving one giveaway item two looks. If the programme is built around two-sided wear, tell us at the quoting stage and we will price that construction.
What about testing for European and US buyers?
Our materials are covered by EN71 and CPSIA test reports, and our material suppliers meet REACH, azo and phthalate requirements. Tell us the standard you need before the order is placed and we will make to it; reports are issued on request. We also hold GRS certification, so recycled-content builds can be quoted when a buyer needs them.
